Inception (2-4 Weeks)

Workflow Elaboration (Usually 1-5 Days/Process)

SharePoint Site and Workflow Construction (Usually 2-10 Days/Process)¶
- Assess Information Architecture
- Iteratively complete the workflow

- Integrate with backend/frontend systems
Transition (and Agility)¶
- End user training and/or online learning videos. This is often not needed after the first few workflows are deployed as the organization understands the general operation of workflows and simply participate in each as requested by the system.
- Iteration/Agility. Organizations and processes are not static since the world is ever changing. Our workflow systems provide easy ways to quickly modify workflows based on changing business rules.
