SPS Workflow uses many different and synergistic approaches to analyzing and modeling business processes as it helps management determine what processes need improvement, re-engineering or optimization.  These techniques are borrowed from the Unified Model using UML, and Business Process Management Initiative (BPMI) of the Object Management Group.

The Human Component

SPS Workflow uses a consultative and incremental approach in talking with our client stakeholders.
