Brainstorming¶

Process improvements come in many forms. Often they are as simple as turning a static document into an online form that moves through a relatively simple workflow process. These are usually the first forms to tackle in an overall business process improvement initiative as they quickly eliminate bottlenecks and demonstrate the power of workflow and online form repositories.

Other process improvements can be more complex, involving multiple data stores, adjunct systems, external sites, etc. Connectors may need to be built to import/export data from these systems. Payback on these workflows can be very high due to the nature of manual data transformation that may currently be taking place.
